  9. The event mainly went smoothly including the IT and support side and I would credit the provider for that, their staff had the knowledge to resolve most issues we faced. – How would you describe our performance overall?

    I informed upon booking that I would be using a particular laptop for presentations, I received reassurance that this was compatible with the Locarno room however it was not and the provider did not have an adapter, the issue was only resolved because DIT IT happened to have the adapter otherwise presentations at the event would not have been possible. – Is there anything we could improve on?

    You were instructed to provide a hearing transcript on a 48 hour turnaround. You received the tapes on 11/11/2017. You did not start work on that transcript according to your website until 10/12/2017. At present I have received nothing. I have attempted to contact you on numerous occasions by telephone and only got through to a person on one occasion at which point I was told that it had slipped through the cracks. It appears you have made no effort whatsoever to correct or to attempt the 48 hour turnaround even from the point you were made aware of your error. – Is there anything we could improve on?
